Danish Design graduate Ann Sophie Madsen graduated in 2009 so I realize I'm a year late in posting this, Miss Madsen's creations are beyond gorgeous and it still feels so relevant. So I therefore couldn't resist.

Her collection was inspired by the indigenous people of New Zealand, being a New Zealander myself, I can safely say i have witnessed plenty of 'heritage/culture' inspired collections, but have never seen someone interpret and execute such a modern and delicious take on the subject.
